University Park -- Research and Graduate School Town Meeting
The offices of the Vice President for Research and the Dean of the Graduate School will be sponsoring the fourth “Town Meeting” on Thursday, November 17, from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. in the Berg Auditorium of the new Life Sciences Building. Academic department heads, associate deans for graduate education, members of Graduate Council, program chairs, and members of the University Research Council are invited to attend.
The meeting will begin with a brief presentation followed by open discussion. The objective of the forum is to endeavor to answer questions regarding policies/guidelines and programs supported by either the Research or the Graduate School offices, and to learn of issues that may be of concern.
All department heads and graduate program chairs are strongly encouraged to participate. Recognizing that some may have other commitments, you are invited to send a faculty member as a substitute. To attend, please RSVP to Sue Niessner (863-9580 or san7@psu.edu ) by November 10.
